KATRIN LOTZ

Katrin Lotz | Achtsamkeit und Stressbewältigung in Wilmersdorf

Katrin is certified MBSR teacher with a degree in sociology and psychology.
She is also a trained “MBCT for people with cancer” and “Mindful eating, conscious living”- teacher.
She is passionate about supporting people in enhancing their well being by exploring their own inner resources.

Teaching mindfulness to groups and individuals is one way for her to do this.

Meditation and Mindfulness were brought into her life by dear people a couple of years ago, when she was confronted with serious illness. It really changed her life. Since then, mindful meditation is helping her to come to terms with all sorts of stress and to live a life full of hope and kindness.
